The natsys logo is recognised as a symbol of excellent quality and strong business commitment. Some 450000 units of natsys computers have been sold throughout Malaysia since 2003.
Recently, Nadi-Ayu Technologies Sdn Bhd, the producer of natsys products and the rightful owner of the natsys trademark, learned of an illegal use of natsys logo without authorization. A company called Alpha Orange Sdn Bhd supplied about 10000 units of netbook computers to the Malaysia Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) for its Komputer 1Malaysia Phase 3A project. A large number of the supplied quantities were found to have a natsys logo on the netbooks and the box packaging. Alpha Orange Sdn Bhd, its supplier and/or its manufacturer were never authorized to use the natsys logo on any product supplied or to be supplied by Alpha Orange Sdn Bhd. This is a violation of natsys trademark, and it diminishes the quality of the natsys logo for Nadi-Ayu Technologies Sdn Bhd, the company that produces ICT equipment bearing the natsys logo.
